In her teens, she was a dieter who yo-yo'd and watching her weight go up. She was a sensitive eater, and felt always sick. When her parents both passed within their 50's - her mother from complications from arthritis and her father, from the heart attack, she knew that she had to take control of her own health so they could ensure that the same fate not come her way. It wasn't about eating habits or dietary supplements, but finding out the best method to improve the function of our bodies.
