Srushti is preparing to take the UPSC test in her third year of engineering studies. When she finished her senior year of engineering, Deshmukh questioned if she would like working in the field of engineering. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled and pursuing it, she started working in civil service. Parents encouraged her to become an official in the civil service and to pursue an employment in the public sector. She aimed her efforts at being an IAS officer. To be able to pass UPSC to be achieved it is more work needed. When she was studying engineering courses She also had to prepare for different areas of the UPSC. This exam preparation was done daily. She was able to pass engineering tests in only 1 1/2 months. She stayed clear of social activities and social media platforms altogether. Her belief is that staying focused on the task at hand is key to passing the exam. She was extremely determined to succeed in this test and made a great amount of work. Daily, she would read the papers to stay on top on the current news. Rajya Sabha TV, online studies and resources proved to be a great help for her.
